Orders

An order is confirmed once we contact you and verify your details. We may cancel an order if we cannot reach you or the item is out of stock.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Pakistani rupees. Delivery charges are shown at checkout, and waived on advance payment orders. We may update prices without notice, but confirmed orders keep the price at the time of purchase.

Delivery, exchange and refunds

These are covered on our delivery and returns pages, which form part of these terms.

Product colours

We do our best to show colours accurately, but screens vary. Small differences are not a defect.
